About The Position

Lyra Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based treatment through an innovative video therapy program. The role involves maintaining a diverse caseload, utilizing digital tools for client engagement, and participating in ongoing professional development. Therapists will work remotely, supported by a network of peers and resources to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Experience providing video therapy.
• Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with culturally responsive care.
• Familiarity with measurement-based care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
• Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients.
• Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
• Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
• Attend training sessions to enhance clinical skills.
