About The Position

As a Lyra Care Therapist, you will provide short-term, evidence-based mental health treatment via live video sessions, maintaining a diverse caseload of clients with varying clinical needs. You will utilize Lyra's innovative video therapy program, which combines live sessions with digital psychoeducation and skill-building tools, to enhance client outcomes and improve access to mental health care from your preferred setting. This role emphasizes culturally responsive care and offers continuous learning and support through peer consultations and training.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
  • Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed.
  • Experience providing video therapy.
  • Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (30 potential bookable calendar spots).
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
  • Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
  • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes.
  • Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
  • Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance clinical skills.
