Requirements
- Licensed in New Jersey as an LSW or LAC (pending licensure considered)
- Interested in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Clinically engaged, thoughtful, and client-centered
- Reliable, collaborative, and growth-oriented
- Looking for a long-term professional home with strong support and structure
- Full-time salaried position
- In-person role across Shrewsbury and/or Manalapan locations
- Some evening availability required
- Weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to clients (ages 5+)
- Option to facilitate group therapy (based on experience and interest)
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Support clients through treatment progression and discharge planning
- Collaborate with providers and community resources as needed
