Requirements
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Valid California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT (or ability to obtain one).
- Hands-on experience delivering therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
- Excellent ability to establish client rapport and provide compassionate care.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
