Under the supervision of the Program Manager with clinical oversight provided by the FWB Director or designee, the Mental Health Therapist provides direct outpatient consultation and therapy to adults/children/families on their caseload. The MHT provides short-term, individual/couples/family therapy and clinical consultation CCRC staff. The MHT maintains current short-form assessments and documentation of services provided in appropriate databases. The MHT operates within the current best practices of the Mental Health field and adhere to Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Board of Psychology (BOP) legal/ethical standards, State regulations, and Agency policy.
