About The Position

The Lyra Care Therapist role involves providing short-term, evidence-based mental health treatment through live video sessions. Therapists will maintain a diverse caseload, assign digital resources to clients, and ensure culturally responsive care. The position emphasizes continuous learning, peer support, and access to expert consultation, allowing therapists to effectively address a wide range of mental health needs from their preferred work setting.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license.
  • Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
  • Experience providing video therapy.
  • Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (30 potential bookable spots).
  • Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
  • Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
