Position Summary: Mental Health Therapist provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services within a continuum of high to low intensity services designed to improve or maintain each mental health consumer’s abilities to function in the community. Assesses, monitors, and follows up with consumer’s ability to meet basic needs in moving toward recovery. Responsible for all clinical documentation of consumer interaction. Team Specific Information: Team 222 is a multidisciplinary team that consists of therapists, a care coordinator, and med providers, This team is a collaborative, supportive team that cares about making a difference for the people we work with.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other human services field required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in mental health or human services preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed or within 6 months of licensure preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic mental health assessments as well as individual, couple, and/or group psychotherapy.
  • Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up as clinically indicated.
  • Facilitate the individual's growth and development with an emphasis on strengths, culture, resiliency, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the growth and development of those we serve.
  • Facilitate the coordination of services for individuals with supplemental needs in psychiatric, case management, and medical domains.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with WellPower standards.
  • Participate in team/department meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions as required.
  • Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
