Wrap Connections is a program designed to support youth and families using a high fidelity model that is family centered, culturally/linguistically responsive andmunity based. The Wrap team works with families to learn effective tools and strategies to help create sustainable stability and progress in the home, school, andmunity, utilizing aprehensive strength-based approach. Our program offers a myriad of services and support including behavioral and mental health assessment and interventions as well as medication and psychiatric support. Participants include the child, youth and their family; a Care Coordinator, Behavior Counselor, and Parent/Youth Partner, school personnel, other service providers, and/or other family designates Join our team as: Mental Health Therapist I-II What You Will Do Under administrative and clinical supervision (Mental Health Therapist I) or consultation and direction (Mental Health Therapist II), provides behavioral health clinical intervention and recovery services to assigned participants and their families; develops treatment plans and performs individual, group, and family therapy , routine and emergency assessment, crisis intervention, and related treatment services; manages an assigned caseload of children, youth and/or young adult participants; provides consultation to other staff, programs, and agencies related to treatment needs and plans; and performs related duties as assigned.
