About The Position

Make a meaningful impact in a residential setting where clients come to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Located in Dodgeville, WI (45 minutes from Madison), Wood Violet Recovery is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care.

We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate at least 20 hours per week of therapeutic group programming alongside individual sessions and clinical treatment planning.

Requirements

• Active WI license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation.
• Provide individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Support crisis intervention and stabilization.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
