About The Position

Join a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care with compassion, flexibility, and support. Work remotely from your home and on your own hours. Sailor will take care of finding patients to you so that you can focus on providing therapy! Structures: choose between 1099 (15+ hrs per week) or W2 (25+ hours per week, includes 401k with up to 3.5% matching, plus medical, dental, vision insurance). Location: 100% Virtual Compensation: Payroll run bi-weekly. W2 positions include medical, dental, vision insurance 401k with matching, and other benefits. Requirements

A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.
An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).
Experience working with the geriatric population.

Nice To Haves

Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.
Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.
