This position offers a $2,000 (1 year stay-on agreement) or 4,000 (2 year stay-on agreement) Sign On Bonus with the agency! This bonus will be provided upon completion of a probationary period. Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Early Intervention Services, Families Forward, a somewhat flexible full-time schedule will allow provision home-based intervention to children from birth through seven years of age and their families, residing within the tri-county area. Administrative tasks can sometimes be completed from a remote location. Opportunities may include training and certification within a recognized Evidence-Based Practice. Endorsement fees and ongoing registration with an organization to promote the needs of infants, toddlers and young children included with employment at no cost to you. Specific responsibilities include: assessment and intervention to meet child’s emotional/social/developmental needs at home, school, and/or at child care; development of a comprehensive intervention plan to address needs of all family members; provision of services to facilitate the accomplishment of the family’s goals; consultation with child care providers; and linkage and collaboration with other community human service providers. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program in a manner that fulfills the mission, policies and procedures of CMHA-CEI.
