About The Position
The Mental Health Therapist will provide individual trauma-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, or trauma therapy to patients in a primary care and walk-in clinical setting. The therapist will coordinate behavioral mental health services with the medical provider team, ensuring and facilitating quality health outcomes. Responsibilities include providing accurate and timely documentation through an electronic health record, offering patient education, offering ADHD testing, and making appropriate referrals. The therapist case load will consist of at least 75% working with small children.
