Join Our Team as a Mental Health Technician! Looking for a fulfilling overnight role? Join University Health Behavioral Health Cadence House as a Mental Health Technician on our overnight shift team! This full-time position is Monday–Friday, 11 PM–7:30 AM and includes additional shift differentials. What You'll Do: As a Mental Health Technician on our overnight shift team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our residential care facility during the night. While your focus will primarily be on administrative tasks and facility preparation, you’ll also provide essential support for residents. Your responsibilities will include: Medication Administration: Administer morning medications to residents (training provided) and ensure proper documentation for continuity of care. Client Wellness Checks: Conduct regular rounds to monitor residents while they sleep, ensuring their safety and well-being. Administrative Duties: Complete nightly documentation, including billing, shift reports, and updates to resident records, to prepare for the daytime staff. Facility Upkeep: Perform light cleaning, safety checks on equipment, and maintain a tidy, organized environment. Prepare for Day Staff: Coordinate handoffs with the daytime team, ensuring all information and preparations are in place for a seamless transition.
