About The Position
Make a real impact—on your schedule! Perimeter Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate On Call Mental Health Technicians to support patients in our inpatient and residential programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year in healthcare, behavioral, or social services preferred
- Flexible availability: days, evenings, nights, weekends
- Must be 21+ and physically able to assist patients
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year in healthcare, behavioral, or social services preferred
Responsibilities
- Observe and document patient behavior
- Assist with daily living activities and life skills
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
- De-escalate situations when needed (training provided)
