Your day to day as a PART TIME MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN EVERY OTHER WEEKEND 2P - 10P As a Part-Time Mental Health Technician at Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, you'll be an integral part of our outpatient programs, exemplifying teamwork through the execution of routine and assigned tasks. Your role involves documenting patients' observed behaviors, vital signs, and any significant occurrences, as requested by nursing staff. You'll assist nurses with patient care activities and collaborate with the activity director on therapeutic interventions, ensuring a holistic approach to patient wellness. Flexibility in your work schedule is essential to provide necessary coverage when needed. Additionally, you'll coordinate lunch distributions, manage kitchen cleanliness post-lunch, and attend to patients' needs during meal times. Your responsibilities will also include providing essential care and support for daily living activities, such as diaper changing, cleaning, bathing, and feeding, while maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility to create a safe and welcoming environment for our patients.
