Your responsibilities will include documenting patient behavior, vital signs, and significant occurrences as directed by nursing staff. You will assist nurses with patient care tasks and collaborate with the activity director on therapeutic interventions. Flexibility in your work schedule is essential to ensure adequate coverage when needed. Additionally, you will coordinate lunch distribution, maintain kitchen cleanliness after mealtime, and address patients' needs during this time. Providing care in daily living activities—including diaper changes, bathing, and feeding, as well as overseeing the overall cleanliness of the facility—will be crucial to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for our patients.
