MHTs have the primary responsibility for ensuring the patient’s safety on the unit.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years experience working in a psychiatric setting
• Handle with Crare, Verbal De-escalation and CPR training (May be acquired after hire)
• Effective Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Team work
