About The Position
Perimeter Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate On Call Mental Health Technicians to support patients in their inpatient and residential programs. This role involves observing and documenting patient behavior, assisting with daily living activities and life skills, maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment, and de-escalating situations when needed. Training for de-escalation is provided. The position offers flexible, on-call scheduling and rewarding, purpose-driven work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21+
- Physically able to assist patients
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year in healthcare, behavioral, or social services preferred
