Wellstone Regional Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana and has been providing quality health care to the residents of Southern Indiana and the Louisville area since 2003. Wellstone specializes in the treatment of Adolescents, Children, and the Adult population. In addition to our in-patient services, we offer out-patient programs as well. Wellstone is seeking a dynamic and talented full-time Mental Health Technician, 5 days per week, 1st shift (6:45a-3:15p), 2nd shift (2:45p-11:15p), 3rd shift (10:45p-7:15a) working every other weekend. The Mental Health Technician function as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients ranging in age from preschool through geriatrics depending on which unit worked. The Mental Health Technician work under the direction of the Registered Nurse. This is a non-exempt hourly 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions, eligible for shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Every other weekend is required.
