Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in mental health or related fields are preferred.
Experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Strong observational and communication skills.
A caring, empathetic approach to interacting with clients.
Ability to work independently and remain vigilant during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

Monitoring clients' behaviors and emotional states, offering support when needed.
Assisting clients with their nighttime routines and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Documenting client interactions and any notable incidents accurately in logs.
Enforcing safety protocols and responding effectively to emergencies.
Providing a calming presence and engaging clients in relaxing activities when appropriate.
