To learn more please visit www.baypsychiatric.com We are accepting resumes for full-time Mental Health Technicians that support interventional psychiatry (IVP) at our San Mateo and San Francisco locations. They will be trained to administer interventional psychiatric procedures including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine therapies for patients suffering from depression. Essential Duties Schedule calibration and IVP treatment series. Administer all IVP patient treatments and monitor for any medical concerns. Complete treatment reports and all required medical documentation for each treatment. Send physician referral letters for all assigned IVP patients. Closing treatment charts and entering outcomes. Post-treatment follow-up calls to patients up to two years. Duties Prepare, distribute and respond to all assigned office correspondence - shared duty Check voicemails throughout the day and answer/return phone calls to patients, doctors, and insurance/billing companies, or allocate in database as appropriate shared duty Create and respond to emails from patients, doctors, and insurance/billing companies, or allocate to appropriate coworkers in database. Complete personal daily tasks assigned in Salesforce Treat patients based on the daily assigned Assess patients daily health status and engage them throughout treatment. Assure treatment maintains full contact and any patient problems are addressed immediately. Scheduled follow-up visits with their physician shared duty Assure rating scales are provided to patients and completed. Assist with special projects as assigned, including clinical research, marketing projects, and social media outreach. Attend all staff meetings. Keep office supplies stocked/adding items to the supply order list when low shared duty While the person may not have had direct patient care experience, he/she/they must be very comfortable with direct hands-on care of patients.
