The position provides individual care, instruction, and supervision to residents in a Mental Illness Residential Program. This employee serves in the role of direct caregiver to a group of 3- 30 clients, depending on the specific cost center. This employee works directly with the Program Coordinator/Home Coordinator and staff on duty. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: Provides direct client care to the residents of the group home/ residential setting/treatment program. Monitors, supervises, and trains residents in daily/independent living skills. Provides support services for the home and the residents. Transports clients in accordance with schedule. Documents accurately and timely in the electronic health record Administration of medication and adherence to the Nurse Delegation program Completes required administrative and client -related paperwork. Meeting attendance and punctuality expectations, as well as appropriate monitoring and updating of timecard Maintenance of all necessary credentialing requirements Any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor. cook, clean, food prep
