Your role will involve documenting patients' observed behaviors, vital signs, and any significant occurrences, as well as assisting nurses and activity directors with essential therapeutic interventions. Key responsibilities also include coordinating lunch distribution, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen post-meal, and attending to patients' needs during lunchtime. Additionally, you will provide compassionate care to patients in daily living activities such as diaper changes, bathing, and feeding, while overseeing the overall cleanliness of the facility to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
