At Alliance Healthcare Services, it is our mission to promote wellness in the community. Our not-for-profit organization is the largest comprehensive behavioral health provider in Shelby County. We offer outpatient, intensive outpatient, home-based, and community-based programs, including a continuum of crisis services to over 22,000 residents of Shelby County and the surrounding areas. We’re committed to bringing compassionate and dedicated individuals to help us continue to provide the best services to our community. The person occupying this position provides direct services to clients and creates a safe environment for these clients. Primary responsibilities include the provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention and activities of daily living. Participates in recovery focused activities both individually and in groups. Participates in consultation and education activities, provides hope, empowerment and teaches new tools for coping to clients.
