The Mental Health Technician (MHT) Nights Weekend Baylor functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients ranging in age from preschool through geriatrics, depending on which unit worked. MHT works under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Work two 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 p.m.– 7:30 a.m., and get paid 8 extra hours, totaling 40 hours.
