About The Position
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Mental Health Technician III for the Ludeman Developmental Center located in Park Forest, Illinois to provide physical support with personal care services to individuals on an assigned unit, on an assigned shift. Conducts individual and group programs. Verifies individual safety and protection through monitoring and supervision. Teaches and directs individuals in the maintenance of a clean, safe, and secure environment. Serves in an advanced worker capacity providing assistance to lower-level staff on complex problems. Travels in performance of job duties.
