About The Position

This position will be located at our Houston County Day Treatment in Dothan, AL
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Responsibilities:
Various patient care activities to meet the personal needs and comfort of the consumers such as observation, serving meals, cleaning of the facility and passing medications as needed
Ensure efficient operation of the facility
Conducting group and teaching individual basic leaving skills daily
Providing transportation for consumers using system vehicle

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• Good MVR, willing to submit to motor vehicle report check
• Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire

Nice To Haves

• Prefer previous experience providing patient care in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment
