Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CNA (Nursing Assistant) - preferred
• Patient Care Technician - preferred
• High School or Equivalent
• 6 months - Psychology or Bachelor's degree in related field

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in related field - Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Assists with physical care under the direction of an RN.
