About The Position
The Mental Health Technician II (MHT) position focuses on providing support for the re-entry of men over the age of 25 from the Fulton County jail. The role involves conducting jail in-reach for individuals who screen positive on the Correctional Mental Health Screen, developing individualized release plans, and ensuring timely re-entry support in areas such as behavioral health, medical care, and housing. The MHT will provide continuous support for up to one year post-release, facilitating the transition and integration of individuals into the community.
