Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
- Valid Driver’s License: Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
- Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
- Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
- Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
- Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
- Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
- Environment Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
- Facilitating Group Activities – Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
- Emergency Response – Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
