Responsibilities

• Assists the RN in delivering care, observing patient behaviors, and more.
• Reports/documents any changes in patients mood or behavior in a timely fashion.
• Provides one-on-one sessions with assigned patients as needed.
• Maintains a full patient caseload with an assigned primary nurse in an inpatient setting.
• Provides care for all patients effectively and compassionately.
