About The Position
Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring Mental Health Techs for full-time positions on day, evening, and nights shifts (7a-3:30p, 3p-11:00p, 11p-7:30a) to support our Doylestown, PA campus. This position requires an every other weekend commitment and offers a full-time benefits package. The full-time position qualifies for a $2,000 commitment bonus! Part-time bonus is $3,000. The Mental Health Technician participates in observing, reporting and recording of patient behaviors under the supervision of nursing. Responsible to help provide a safe and secure unit environment for all patients and staff in compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents and young adults. Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides treatment in a homelike environment located on a 12-acre campus in Bucks County, PA. Foundations provides a full continuum of care for children, adolescents, and young adults spanning hospitalization to outpatient and academic services.
