Position Summary: The Mental Health Technician (MHT) is responsible for primarily serving as a one-to-one observer for assigned patients while securing and maintaining a safe environment for the patient under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). When not assigned to the observer role Patient Care Technician duties may be delegated to the MHT. This position reports to the Workforce Management Manager.
