The position requires a physical presence onsite and involves documenting interactions with clients into the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) and program-specific documentation systems. The role includes medication administration, crisis intervention, and teaching independent living skills while engaging with clients in their daily activities. Full-time staff will also participate in an on-call rotation and attend mandatory team meetings.
