We’re looking for a Mental Health Supervisor who can balance leadership, structure, and heart. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of our mental health program while supporting staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring clients receive high-quality, evidence-based care. You’ll work closely with leadership, clinical, medical, and operations teams and report directly to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of mental health treatment models, clinical workflows, and ethical standards
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional boundaries, empathy, and cultural competence
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats
  • Must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisor experience in a mental health setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of de-escalation, crisis management, and trauma-informed care
  • Familiarity with CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based approaches

Responsibilities

  • Supervising, coaching, and supporting Behavioral Health Technicians
  • Building a positive, accountable, team-first culture
  • Keeping the program running smoothly day to day
  • Making sure policies, procedures, and best practices are followed
  • Managing schedules, onboarding, and training
  • Creating and maintaining group schedules and workflows
  • Using data and outcomes to improve care and operations
  • Supporting a client-centered environment that values dignity and safety
  • Communicating with leadership, staff, clients, and families
  • Responding to emergencies when needed
  • Attending staff meetings and monthly trainings
