OhioGuidestone is actively seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to add to our Findlay team. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical direction and oversight of a group of clinical treatment professionals with a high emphasis on employee development. Your focus will range from growth within our team's current positions to expanding leadership skills for yourself and others that will be necessary to ensure future successes. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work with a State of Ohio LISW or LPCC required.
  • LISW-S or LPCC-S with 3 years post independent license experience preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Evolv preferred.
  • Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Direct supervision of assigned staff including hiring, supervision, and high emphasis on employee development.
  • Demonstrates and models positive leadership, promotes a team-based work environment.
  • Assures fiscal accountability of all assigned programs and services.
  • Assists in the development of realistic budgets and ensures budget compliance.
  • Exhibits and demands care and competence in managing agency resources.
  • Develops detailed project plans and Logic Models to monitor program goals.
  • Adapts programs and services to enhance the agency's ability to serve the community.
  • Ensures the integrity of internship program and service delivery.
  • Ensures compliance with internal standards and goals, contract/grant specifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Assumes a leadership role in the interpretation and support of agency policies.
  • Develops a therapeutic relationship with each client.
  • Assumes a strong advocacy role for clients and makes recommendations for clinical and support services needed upon discharge.
  • Actively participates in all treatment conferences and meetings for the client.
  • Provides in-service training as requested.
  • Available on call by cell phone during non-work hours for clinical consultation and crisis management.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events or department specific projects.
  • Exhibits positivity, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
