About The Position

Emplify Health (Gundersen/La Crosse Region) currently has a need for a full-time Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Therapist at our Tomah Clinic. Acceptable licensure includes: LPC, LCSW or LMFT. CSAC or SAC additional licensure is preferred but not required. This position will focus on providing mental health and substance use disorder therapy services to adults. Treatment of adolescents and children may be an additional part of this position, depending on clinician preference and training. This Therapist will join a multidisciplinary team of providers (e.g. Addictionologists, Psychiatrists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Therapists, and Social Workers) to provide quality Behavioral Health services to adult populations.

Requirements

• Must have completed an accredited program.
• Eligible to obtain a license to practice in the multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.
• Acceptable licensure includes LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• CSAC or SAC additional licensure is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and substance use disorder therapy services to adults.
• Treat adolescents and children as needed based on clinician preference and training.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers to deliver quality Behavioral Health services.
• Participate in outreach services as part of the role in the system.
• Engage in teaching students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff as part of the Medical Education philosophy.
