About The Position
University Behavioral Associates (UBA) of Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York is seeking an excellent Family Team Conference (FTC) Facilitator, which will work closely with current child welfare programs. The FTC Facilitator will have a Masters-level degree and must be clinically licensed or license-eligible in a social services field (e.g., social work, mental health counseling). This individual will coordinate, organize, and lead Family Team Conferences in the office or the community; will outreach, liaise, and collaborate with community based providers and services, and will disseminate information to staff and supervisors. This individual will also be involved with quality improvement strategies, and complete assessments for clients with strict oversight by a licensed professional. This role will also include activities consistent with funder requirements, participating in training, supervision, and consultation activities, and providing periodic 24-hour on-call coverage. Strong written and verbal skills and excellent computer and organizational skills required. Bilingual candidates (English-Spanish) preferred. Evenings and weekends may be required.
