Responsibilities
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports in a timely manner prior to end of shift.
- Provides hotline information/referral/interventions that conforms to Screening guidelines.
- Screening Assessment indicates determination of most appropriate services/ disposition .according to patient s clinical needs consideration of least restrictive alternatives.
- Screening Document contains clear description of dangerousness due to mental illness as per Screening Law and guidelines from DMHS Screener Certification training.
- Screening Document reflects clear description of patient s mental illness as per Screening Law and guidelines from DMHS Certification training.
