Position Summary: The team lead will provide direct clinical services to the clients to assist with assessment and treatment planning (IM CANS), independent living skills, case management, crisis management, and medication support. The Team Lead coordinates and monitors the delivery of appropriate medical and case management services in a residential setting serving approximately 16 adults with mental illness. Hours of Employment: The manager will determine the hours of employment based on need. The normal work week is forty hours, Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. The position requires eight to ten hours per day except when adjustments are needed to accommodate the specialized needs of the department including medication passes. Days of Employment: The manager will determine days of employment based on departmental need. Flexibility to work varied hours may be required.
