Unit Description: The William “Bill” Kling Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic provides comprehensive consultation, evaluation, and treatment services for a wide spectrum of mental and behavioral health conditions. Their dedicated team supports Veterans facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use and addictive behaviors, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and combat-related stress. The clinic also offers specialized care for emotional and cognitive concerns, including anger management, relationship difficulties, memory issues, intrusive thoughts, and self-harming or aggressive behaviors. Through compassionate, evidence-based, and Veteran-centered care, the clinic promotes recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life for those who have served.
