About The Position

Mental Health / Psych RN Registered Nurse Pay range: $38-$42/hr Shifts: 12-hour shifts FT, PT, and PRN (Full Time: 3 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend rotation) Days and Nights Hours: 7a-7p, or 7p-7a Sign On Bonus for Successful Hires! We are now offering a $5k sign on bonus for full time day shift and $7k sign on bonus for full time night shift. The Role Itself Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies. Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery. Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions. Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders. Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights. Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
