The campus is comprised of a 296-bed not-for-profit community hospital; a 240-bed nursing and rehabilitation care center; and a 60,000 square foot medical office building. The Mental Health PROS Provider delivers ongoing, person-centered therapeutic services to individuals living with mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. Responsibilities include facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, conducting comprehensive intakes, and coordinating case management services to support participants in achieving their recovery goals. As a member of the interdisciplinary (IDT) team, the PROS Provider collaborates with clinical staff, acts as a liaison to community resources, and provides both clinical interventions and practical support services. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a compassionate, recovery-oriented approach. Excellent verbal, written, and active listening communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
- LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) required
- Valid New York State driver’s license meeting agency requirements
