About The Position

YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IFYOU: Adapt easily to change Self-motivated and able to work independently with a client-first mindset Possess excellent communication skills and ability to motivate individuals Collaborate with clients to build fun and positive experiences SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND LOCATION: Full-time, Monday - Friday days (may require some weekend/evening availability for events/activities) $19-$22, based on experience Northeast Minneapolis SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED Driver's license with clean driving record At least six months of work history in the human services field At least 1 year in a professional working environment MORE ON THE ROLE: You'll be working at one of our Customized Living Programs where you will be engaging with clients living with a variety of mental health needs. You will oversee the activities program for clients, providing services such as: Coordinating and hosting daily, weekly, and monthly activities/events Host activities both on-site and off-site Conduct one-on-one activities based on client preferences Maintaining documentation of participation Maintaining a budget This role is a great way to expand your skills in customer service and budgeting, while creating a fun environment that both enriches and improves the quality of life for all clients.
