About The Position

The Mental Health Professional plays a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities. Compensation: This position is compensated using a piece rate model, where pay is based on the Relative Value Units (RVUs) assigned to each billable service. Each clinical service is assigned a specific RVU value, and your total compensation is determined by the number and type of services you deliver. Estimated Income Ranges: QMHP-Trainee: $45,000 - $50,000 QMHP: $48,500 - $56,000 Licensed-Eligible: $54,300 - $60,000 The ranges above are estimates based on productivity. Under this compensation model there is unlimited earning potential!

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with the identified population.
Licensure/Certification: Current QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure (e.g., Resident in Counseling, Supervisee, Associate license).

Responsibilities

Case Management & Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely case records per licensing and Medicaid standards, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
Crisis Intervention: Provide direct support during crisis situations, helping clients to navigate and stabilize through effective case management.
Service Planning & Coordination: Coordinate and develop Individualized Service Plans with input from team members and stakeholders to align treatment goals.
Trauma-Informed Counseling: Deliver person-centered, trauma-informed, and psycho-educational interventions designed to support treatment objectives.
Individual & Family Therapy: Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing approved credentialing and skill set.
Collaborative Communication: Maintain regular contact with case professionals, such as school personnel, social services, and juvenile justice representatives, ensuring cohesive client care.
Professional Case Presentations: Provide case updates and presentations in formal settings such as FAPT meetings, IEP sessions, and court appearances.
