Up to $24.00 per hour! Current Openings: FT PM - 3p - 11p If you have experience as a Mental Health Counselor, Case Manager, or Behavioral Health Case Manager, we want to talk to you! $24 per hour is a 'No Benefits' rate. Requirements
- B.A. in Psychology or Human Services
- Two (2) years of prior experience with and/or exposure to individuals with psychiatric disorders
- Organizational and time management skills
- Analytical, assessment and active listening skills
- Must have compassion for and a strong desire to help adults with mental disorders
Nice To Haves
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certification a plus
- Long-Term Care facility experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical team to create treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic plans and activities in a compassionate and caring manner
- Recognize, note and inform team when a consumer is not at base line
- Lead groups and hold one-on-one sessions
- Crisis management and intervention
- Carry a caseload of 30 + individuals
- Complete all necessary documentation
