Requirements

• LPC / LCSW - Master's degree in counseling or social work, active licensure
• Psych RN - Minimum 2 years of psychiatric experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Background and security clearance required

Nice To Haves

• Correctional or community mental health experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments & provide short-term counseling
• Develop individualized treatment plans for stabilization & re-entry
• Collaborate with medical & correctional staff for coordinated care
• Document assessments, treatment, and progress accurately
