About The Position
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Mental Health Professional to complete comprehensive evaluations/diagnostic assessments, referrals for additional mental health and/or substance use services and assist with navigating community resources. The Mental Health Professional provides community based services, provides consultation and partner with community liaisons, in addition to promoting healthy lifestyles, facilitating meetings, clear and timely documentation, delivering and developing individualized plan of care consistent with client identified goals and needs. This position provides an array of services using evidence-based practices that support client recovery, and facilitate safe, secure, and therapeutic interventions.
