LGTC Group is a growing regional mental health organization serving individuals and families across the Bay Area with outpatient therapy, psychiatry, psychological testing, and intensive programs including IOP and PHP. Our mission is to expand access to high-quality, evidence-based care and build trusted relationships within the communities we serve. We are hiring an additional Mental Health Outreach Coordinator to join our expanding outreach team. This new role will work alongside our current Outreach Coordinator to further strengthen LGTC’s presence in the San Jose/South Bay region and support referral pathways that help individuals connect with the right level of care. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Mental Health Outreach Coordinator leads community engagement efforts, builds key partnerships, and increases awareness of LGTC programs and services. This role will work collaboratively with LGTC’s existing Outreach Coordinator to cover the South Bay region, with occasional coverage in the Oakland/East Bay and Sacramento areas to support broader organizational needs.

  • Build, manage, and deepen partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, pediatric groups, hospitals, and community agencies.
  • Conduct ongoing field outreach throughout the San Jose/South Bay region in collaboration with the existing Outreach Coordinator.
  • Provide periodic outreach support in Oakland/East Bay and Sacramento for events, presentations, partner meetings, or strategic initiatives.
  • Present information about LGTC’s services and programs to referral partners and community groups.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Director to align outreach messaging, campaign priorities, and program awareness initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the admissions team to support referral coordination and timely follow-up.
  • Attend resource fairs, community events, and professional meetings representing LGTC.
  • Maintain organized tracking of outreach activity, partner engagement, and regional needs.
  • 4+ years of experience in behavioral health outreach, community engagement, social services, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of mental health systems, levels of care, and referral pathways.
  • Exceptional communication, public-speaking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel across the South Bay region, with flexibility for occasional regional travel.
  • Master’s degree preferred (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or related field).
