Join our Outpatient team as a Mental Health Office Assistant and help create a welcoming and trauma-informed environment that supports both clients and providers! Psychiatric Outpatient Services is an office-based, trauma-informed program, providing comprehensive outpatient treatment for children & adolescents (ages 3-18) and transitional aged adults (ages 18-26). Position Summary: Working under the Outpatient Director, the Mental Health Office Assistant aids in the coordination of services for the Outpatient clients and office. Primary responsibility is to provide support to the Psychiatrist, CRNPs, Therapists, program staff and clients. The ideal candidate would be reliable, organized, detail oriented, and have strong communication skills. This is an onsite part-time position of 20 hours per week. The tentative schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday from 9am-1pm, with flexible hours on Friday!
